Working Together - 01/19/07

Okay, so, for all of you loyal fans out there (and site tracker tells me there are as many as four of you), you'll be overjoyed to know that I recently got back into the swing at WRBC. While I haven't recorded any of the shows yet this semester, I have still been keeping track of what was played.

This show was pretty much all stuff from the new racks and almost all of it was good. The exceptions were: Gnarls Barkley, Matt Nathanson and Howie Day (Katie Bell selections) & Mark Mallman (one of my favorites) - these were all good but not new. And, Stacey Rock was new but definitely not good. A Hawk and A Hacksaw was very weird and instrumental and I wouldn't necessarily go out and buy it but if that's your thing, you might enjoy that. And I'd also give a thumbs down (sadly) to the Sean Lennon album. The rest of this stuff is pretty energetically approved by me.
